If it’s truly somehow only a 365GB drive you would only have like 200GBs useable storage with isn’t a lot to work with. Let it update and use it for a while and you'll see it creep well over 80. The other 60 gigs are for the velocity architecture and Microsoft's DRM system.

Hi, I just replaced my Xbox One S 500gb hard drive with an 800gb SSD and it only reads about 365gb of the new drive. I took the old drive out and put the fully wiped new drive in, then installed the Xbox OS via a usb stick. Then I just set up my console from there.

WEBMar 25, 2021 · So I took my XboxOneX appart and swapped the drives, installed my newly NTFS formated SSD drive and booted the Xbox in the "restore" mode (hold both Eject + Sync, then Power), installed the offline update and got the Xbox booting without any issues. Only today, I realised that my Xbox One has now only 365GB of free space.

The only viable option i see is using the old school method whereby u connect the disk to a PC and use a partitioning script to prepare the disk with a custom size. Then u install it in the xbox and carry out the OS install.

But since 1GB is actually 1024MB and it works all the way down. 1MB is 1024KB and 1KB is 1024B.
