Ramon Rivera, who faces three charges of first-degree serial murder, is seen putting on gloves and preparing a knife in November 18 surveillance footage captured before he allegedly killed three people in New York City.

Ramon Rivera, 51, was taken into custody after three people were fatally stabbed within 2 1/2 hours across Manhattan.
