Mason Disick is all grown up — literally. The teen was spotted towering over mom Kourtney Kardashian on a rare family outing this week. Mason, 14, was spotted wearing a black Supreme x Fox Racing hoodie with black jeans and matching shoes on a trip to a Trader Joe’s grocery store in Los Angeles
