Arnold's future has been the subject of huge speculation, but one former Liverpool star has come to the England international's defence

Liverpool vice-captain Trent Alexander-Arnold has been the subject of intense speculation in the past few weeks with the 26-year-old, alongside Virgil van Dijk and Mohamed Salah out of contract at the end of the current season.

The Nottingham Forest winger posted an image on social media that might have been perceived as poking fun at Alexander-Arnold's display at the City Ground.
