We’re not crying… you’re crying! First responders looking for Hurricane Helene victims along the Nolichucky River in Washington County, Tennessee, Wednesday came across an incredible sight. Members of Kingsport Fire Department Technical Rescue Team and Murfreesboro Police Department’s K-9 Search Unit were conducting a search when they found a dog alive and stranded 20 feet up in a tree—five days after the devastating flood.
