Deanne Criswell, administrator of the Federal Emergency Management Agency, denied allegations Tuesday that it took her agency around three days to respond to Hurricane Helene in North Carolina. Criswell testified before two congressional committees Tuesday about the federal response to hurricanes Helene and Milton,
