The Arkansas State Police arrested a Hot Springs man Wednesday on charges related to child sexual abuse material. Agents with the Internet Crimes Against Children Task Force arrested Zachary Deaton, 34, on 40 felony counts of distribution, possession, or viewing material depicting child sex.
