Yashasvi Jaiswal has displayed excellent form this year especially in the longest format of the game. In the recently concluded Test series against Bangladesh, the left-handed was the highest run-scorer amassing 189 runs in four innings.

Yashasvi Jaiswal scored twi fifties as India defeated Bangladesh in the 2nd Test by 7 wickets. The 22-year-old is India's highest run-getter in Test matches in 2024, having slammed 929 runs. He has thus broken Sunil Gavaskar's long-standing record of scoring the most Test runs for India in a calendar year before turning 23.
