Older Galaxy devices, such as the Galaxy S10 and Note 10 series, are getting stuck in bootloop after a Samsung SmartThings app update.

A new update seems to be killing Samsung Galaxy S10 and Note 10 phones, leaving them stuck in a perpetual bootloop.

However, recently it has been facing backlash as the latest SmartThings update caused issues for some of its older Galaxy devices.

If your phone still works, you should head to the Galaxy Store settings and turn off the Auto update apps option. This will ensure it does not try to auto-update the Samsung SmartThings Framework in the background. Even if you any other old Galaxy device, you should turn off auto update for now to ensure you don't run into a similar bootloop issue.
