Dallas Cowboys owner Jerry Jones says quarterback Dak Prescott is likely to miss at least four games with a move to injured reserve because of his strained hamstring.

Dallas Cowboys quarterback Dak Prescott is expected to miss multiple weeks with a hamstring injury, reports NFL Network’s Ian Rapoport and Tom Pelissero. Prescott left Sunday’s 27-21 loss against the Atlanta Falcons in the fourth quarter with the injury and was replaced by backup quarterback Cooper Rush.

Prescott went in the injury tent with team trainers following Dallas’ field goal drive at the end of the third quarter. Trainers were also seen examining Prescott’s bloodied hand during the ensuing Falcons drive. The Cowboys quarterback returned to the sideline after six minutes, remaining in his uniform, but did not return to the game.
