The New York Giants were roasted again for letting Saquon Barkley walk in free agency after he led Eagles to NFC title game.

One such hope was that the New York Giants would gain a mid-round pick for losing running back Saquon Barkley. The face of the franchise signed a three-year, $37.75 million contract with the Philadelphia Eagles and is a win away from the Super Bowl. New York, of course, won three games.

In the Eagles’ NFC wild-card game at home against the Green Bay Packers on Sunday, Barkley could rush for a ton of yards and score touchdowns, but the way he motivates teammates in the most challenging part of the game could be just as important.
